Condominiums Appartments

All apartments will have great views to either the championship golf course or to the lake. We have sunshine here from April until November with an average of 2,000 hours of sunshine, one of Europe's highest levels.

Your investment, price and procedures

Purchasing a property on this exclusive resort will take place in 4 steps:

Step 1

To reserve a unit in the International Golf & Country Club, the investor shall pay Euro 5,000 reservation deposit, payable to an Attorney appointed by the developer. Upon receipt of the reservation deposit, the investor will be given the pre-planning contracts. From this moment, the investor has 14 days to do the following things:

Step 2

Upon signing of the pre-planning contracts, the investor will be required to pay a further 10% of total purchase price which includes the Euro 5,000 reservation deposit already paid. Ideally, Step 1 and Step 2 would happen at the same time, without the need to pay Euro 5,000 deposit. You would immediately pay the 10% of the total purchase price upon signing the pre-planning contracts.

Step 3

Upon receipt of full planning permission, the investor will be required to pay a further 10% of total purchase price.

Step 4

Upon commencement of construction, an additional payment of 10% will be required. Upon full completion, the remaining 70% of payment will be required.

N.B. - If for any reason planning permission is not obtained, all investors monies will be returned with bank interest. All your money are held in an escrow account until full planning is received.
